Frequently asked questions

How long until it’s ready?

Under three minutes from payment confirmation. The image is already preloaded on the node, so there’s no initial download.

Can I change game?

Yes, at no cost. The plan is resources (RAM, CPU, disk), not a title: we swap the template and reprovision.

What if I miss a month?

The server stops on the 10th, but data is kept for 40 days. When you pay it comes back exactly as it was.
